Day 29: Hopes, dreams, and plans for the next 365...
Adjust to and succeed in college.
Step outside the box.
Do things I’ve never done, that people wouldn’t necessarily expect of me.
Get more active, and lose weight.
Do my laundry on a regular basis (not so glamorous, but it’s a big deal).
Bascially, live on my own, and do a good job doing so.
Day 28: This year, in great detail.
January: I don’t remember much from January, but there are a few important things… I completed Phase 1 of my iTunes restoration in January, right around the time I gave up soda for the year - still going strong, btw. I also didn’t have to take my Calculus Semester Exam in January. Those were the days. Oh! I miscounted my absences in January, so I actually had to take all my...
Day 27: This month, in great detail.
Hmmm. July….
Um, well.
Rehearsals for Seven Brides for Seven Brothers: Monday-Thursday, 8am-12pm.
Sleeping afterwards.
One day, I met up with a bunch of my friends to see Eclipse, and we went to Sonic afterward.
Two of the days involved Gainesville and Preview, but I prefer not to speak of them.
Last Friday, I had the Brides/Brothers/Suitors thing with Margie, where we practiced...
Day 26: Your week, in great detail.
Yesterday, Sunday, I did absolutely nothing but read Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix until around eleven o’clock, when I had to get ready for rehearsal, which began at one and I was not released from until 8:20. I got home at 9:15, read more, and went to bed.
I just woke up on Monday, in fact, and have until 1:45 to clean my room and do laundry. Then, David, Elmer, Sydney,...
^^^MEEZY.
^^^can’t wait for Shark Week!!!
OKAY, BEDTIME FOR REALS.
I just enabled the "Ask" feature...
if anyone cares. i tried this with formspring and that didn’t turn out so well…
but hey - why not?
i just reminded myself (randomly, of course) of:
“Red Vines: What the hell can’t they do?”
Day 25: Your day, in great detail.
Today, I woke up at 8:17 am, went to the bathroom, and got back in bed, this time sleeping until 12:11 pm. Then, I went out and sprawled out on the couch in the den, spoke a little to my father, who was on the computer, and stared into space until about 12:20. Wondering where my mother was, I walked out into the living room to find her sitting in an armchair reading, with my dog sitting on...
It's Friday :)
and i woke up at seven, showered, and now i’m on Tumblr, wasting ungodly amounts of time. i’m going to pick up my diploma, today…FINALLY. i keep forgetting. and then the Brides/Brothers/Suitors “party”(rehearsal) with Margie.
ehhh.
i is tired.
i stayed at Jordan’s last night with Amy from, like, 2:30 to 11:45, just talking, eating pizza, watching That 70s...

Railroad Tracks.
-
I’m standing in the middle of the railroad tracks. I know I’m frowning, too, because I’m trying to figure out why. Why am I standing in the middle of the railroad tracks? Possibly, it’s for the danger, or the feeling of danger, which, since I’ve never done anything dangerous in my life, is quite appealing. Is it the possible danger of a possible train that might come speeding down the track...
Today was a really good day.
Tomorrow, I’m excited for our first all the way run-through of Seven Brides for Seven Brothers with the fabulous Andy Metzger, and the premiere of AVPS at seven o’clock central :)
Friday is our Brides/Brothers/Suitors line “party”, so that’ll be fun.
Anyway, my life has been very routine, lately. It’s been nice. I like this summer a lot more than others.

Day 21: A recipe.
SUGAR BAKED SWEET POTATOES
“Boil 1/2 to 2 inch medalions (don’t peel; the skins will come off in cold water). Chop up and place 2 cubes of butter over the layer of potatoes. Sprinkle 1-2 cups of sugar on top, along with dashes of cinnamon and nutmeg. Then, sprinkle water over the sugar until the pan is 1/2 inch full. Add 1 cup of light Karo syrup. Place in oven at 350 degrees for...
Day 20: A hobby of yours.
In case you haven’t noticed, I write a lot in my spare time.
-
I pass Mitchell in the main hallway headed for my last class of the day. Normally, I smile, he waves, and we move on with our lives during a situation like so. But today is different. He whips his head around as though he’s about to cross the street, makes a leap between two passing mobs of students, and picks up walking in...
I WANT TO DO SOMETHING NO ONE WOULD EVER EXPECT OF...
i want feather hair extensions and a nose piercing.
the end.
Going to Town.
-
“I’ve never dated an actor before,” Devorah said dreamily, standing in the doorway of my dorm that Saturday morning. She had a toothbrush in her mouth, and was scrubbing at her teeth, but was able to speak clearly due to the fact that she’d put no toothpaste on the toothbrush. This was not uncommon for my sister—the doctors called it a nervous habit, but it was her security blanket, and gave...
