I have ONE CLASS today.
Two hours.
I can make it.
But I’m still feeling really whiny about actually going.
NOT doing my math homework is so much more fun...
My grandma sent me a box of pears :)
I’m eating a delicious Bosc pear right now, and I’m very happy and extra excited for Anthropology in fifty-five minutes.
My day has been made.
The guy at the front desk held up the package, which was very shady looking (and filled with pears) and went, “I hope it’s not a bomb.”
I wrote some, tonight.
It feels good, and I’m liking some of these new characters.
There’s the newest of my many Helenes, but this one’s uber-smart and twice as insecure, a trait that stems from constant contact with her even-smarter friend, Horace; her bitchy an even more insecure friend, Frankie; and her normally adjusted siblings.
And Michelle, her older sister, whose IQ is off the charts. ...

Yeah, I really did. Tina saved me a seat at Convocation and she introduced me to the girl sitting next to me. Her name’s Elise and she’s sweet, a little scatter-brained, but very nice. Then, I met Tina’s friend from high school -
By the way, Tina went to Navarre High School our freshman and sophomore years, and then moved. But we still consider her a part of the Navarre...

I’m sitting in my dorm room and my laptop is hooked up to an ethernet cord, because there is NO WIRELESS. I’m very sad and I can’t use Tumblr from my phone when I’m in my room, which means I can’t upload pictures at this point :(
